Where is the event?  Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club

What time should I arrive?  You are invited to arrive at 6:00 pm.  

I purchased tickets, but I didn't get paper issued tickets.  What do I do?  We are not issuing paper tickets for this event.  If you purchased tickets in advance, your names will be held at the door and you can check in when you arrive.  If you are purchasing at the door, please go to the purchase tickets line.

I purchased tickets online, but I didn't get an email confirmation.  Did my order go through?   Contact the Development Office at 919-560-0640 and we will be glad to look the information up.

I am purchasing tickets online, and I see that you want to know who my guests will be and I am not sure.  What do I do?  You can still purchase tickets online.  The information about your guests is optional.  Continue to purchase tickets and leave blank the fields that you do not know.

I purchased tickets for myself and several guests but I don't know who will be joining me.  Do I have to have that information in advance?   While having this information is helpful in advance, it is not necessary.  We prefer you to call (919-560-0640) or email us with the information in advance at associate@apsofdurham.org, but can take the information at the door.  Please inform your guests to notify the check in table that they are your guest.

I purchased tickets, but now I need to add more guests.  What do I do?  You have two options: Go online and purchase additional tickets.  In the Guests Names column, put a note about adding on to your current order with the additional names.  Or call the Development Office at 919-560-0640.

I purchased RAFFLE tickets, but didn't receive my half of the raffle ticket?  Just as with the event tickets, paper raffle tickets will not be issued in advance.  When you check in, we will give you your half of the raffle ticket.  You will receive as many raffle tickets as you purchased.

I want to attend, but I won't know until the day of the event if I can make it.  Can I buy tickets at the door?   Tickets will be available at the door but may be limited.  If you are interested in dinner tickets and are purchasing at the last minute, please call 919-593-1883 to check availability. 

What will you have for auction?  We are auctioning off a number of great prizes this year!  We have several mini-excursions, bed and breakfasts, family activities, sports tickets and more.  There is something for everyone at the APS's Auction.  An online catalog will be available in early April.
